What does working with Black Eyed Susan’s look like?

A thoughtful, collaborative process designed to feel easy, exciting, and completely centered around you.

Initial Consultation

We begin with a relaxed consultation where we share a bit about us and dive into your vision, style, and priorities. Still early in the planning process or not sure what you want yet? No problem at all. We love brainstorming and will help guide you toward a look that feels just right.

Custom Quote Within 24 Hours

After your consultation, you will receive a fully custom floral proposal within 24 hours, thoughtfully built around everything we discussed.

Sample Session

We offer a sample session so you can see and feel your florals come to life. In person is always preferred, but we are happy to meet over video if needed. We review key florals, discuss important details, and collaborate with our design team to fine tune your vision.

Secure Your Date

A $200 deposit officially reserves your wedding date with us. This can be placed at any time and is applied toward your final balance.

Flexibility Until 60 Days Out

Your plans can evolve, and your florals can too. You have full flexibility to make adjustments up until 60 days before your wedding. The remaining balance is not due until that point.

Wedding Day Care and Execution

On your wedding day, we are there to take care of it all. We deliver personal flowers directly to your get ready space, and carefully install both ceremony and reception florals. Every piece is placed with intention, taking into account the space, lighting, and overall atmosphere. Many of our structural designs are created on site to ensure everything feels as custom and meaningful as your love story.
